Information Collected
A few kinds of information can come in. Search terms typed into the third-party search widget may travel to that provider rather than staying here. Messages sent through a contact method arrive with whatever details the sender includes. Routine technical data may also be received: browser type, device and operating-system details, pages viewed, approximate location from an IP address, referral source, and timestamps.
Cookies and Similar Tools
Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools do quiet work behind the scenes. They remember settings, measure traffic, support advertising, and let partner tools run. Most browsers will block or delete cookies if you prefer. Some features may stop working, though. Partner and ad-network cookies answer to their own providers' policies, not to this site.
How Information Is Used
What gets collected serves practical purposes. It helps run and secure the site, answer messages, and understand traffic in aggregate. It also improves page performance, detects abuse, and keeps a record of consent or preferences. Search data falls under the search provider's own terms when returning results. One thing this site does not do is sell booking records. It hosts no official booking records at all.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Sharing happens where operation requires it. Hosting, analytics, advertising, search, email, and technical providers may receive information as needed to keep the service running. Disclosure can also follow valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or accompany a business transfer. Public agencies linked from these pages keep their own records. They handle requests their own way, including under New Mexico's Inspection of Public Records Act.

Links here point outward. Destinations include government offices, courts, detention resources, state corrections tools, and other outside services. Each has privacy practices of its own. Before submitting a name, contact detail, payment information, or another identifier at one of those destinations, check its policy first.
Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect the information handled here. Still, no online transmission or storage is fully secure. Retention lasts only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Technical logs may stick around a bit longer for security and service analysis.
Children and Privacy Choices
The site is not directed to children under 18. It does not knowingly collect their personal information. Adults can request access, correction, deletion, or a description of information held about them, subject to applicable law and to verifying the request. Privacy requests about an official Mora County, detention, court, or NMCD record belong with the originating agency, not here.
Updates and Contact
Practices and legal requirements shift, so this notice may change too. The posted version is the one in effect. Questions can go through the Get in Touch page. For a public-record request, the right path is the relevant government custodian and the current New Mexico IPRA process.
